This option is low-risk financially—there are no upfront costs, making it an attractive choice if you're looking for flexibility.

However, for more complex or high-stakes hires, our other services offer a more tailored and committed approach.

Fixed Fee Search

Our Fixed Fee Search model allows for more care in the hiring process, offering you a structured, partnership-driven approach.

For a flat fee of £6,000, we manage the entire process, from identifying candidates to final placement, ensuring a streamlined experience.

This service stands out because we take responsibility for every stage of the search. We’ll establish clear timelines and milestones upfront—setting dates for shortlisting, review meetings, interviews, and decision deadlines. This eliminates guesswork and ensures that we remain aligned throughout the process.

By choosing our Fixed Fee Search, you’re not just outsourcing recruitment—you’re gaining a partner who is deeply committed to filling your role efficiently and effectively.

The payment schedule is simple: 25% is payable upfront, ensuring commitment from both sides, and the remaining 75% is paid upon completion.

This service guarantees predictability and peace of mind, especially for roles that need a focused, systematic approach to finding the right talent.

We offer this service up to Manager / Senior Manager level.

Pricing: £6,000 + VAT

Retained Search

Our Retained Search service is ideal for senior or Head of type roles.

This exclusive, high-touch approach is similar to our Fixed Fee Search but with added depth and a more extended timeline, reflecting the complexity and importance of these hires.

We’ll work closely with you to understand not just the technical requirements of the role, but also the cultural fit needed for senior-level appointments.

We follow a similar process to the Fixed Fee model, with agreed milestones for shortlisting, interviews, and final decisions, but this approach is more thorough and detailed, ensuring that we find the right match for high-impact roles.

The search is often longer, but it's a fully customised process where we dedicate significant time and resources to finding the best candidate.

The payment schedule is simple. Paid in 3 instalments - 1/3 on commencement of the search - 2/3 on the delivery of the shortlist - 3/3 on completion of the process.

For organisations seeking strategic hires that require deeper vetting, more senior engagement, and longer-term alignment, our Retained Search offers a reliable, expert-driven solution that minimises risks and maximises results.
